Michael Mina

i must start this blog with a preface: i get really excited when my food not only tastes delicious but looks like a work of art. i'd love to have pictures of every work of art i shoved into my mouth but i get super embarrassed, especially when i'm in a dimly lit restaurant and the flash is really bright. also, if the camera on my phone didnt make that annoying snapshot noise and turn everything blue, i'd have tons more food photos to post. with that said, i dont want to hear a damn thing about how blurry my photos are, the waiters were so attentive i only had mere seconds to snap these photos without them noticing.
Michael Mina, you had me at "good evening". the card on the table thanking me for spending my birthday there (i dont know you but thank you), the cute little plates for caviar, designing your dishes so that you get to try everything 3 different ways, all perfecto!!! you deserve each and every single one of your michelin stars...
